A long string installation utilizing 60 foot strings. Continual series of Occurrences performed over a 13 day period.
The performer as an antenna. Each Occurrence is defined by the compositional process of the performer as a medium of transmissions translated by into sound.

In the Garden - June 27th, 2019
A long string installation celebrating human's inside - outside instinct.
Using the landing of the basement stairs as a sounding box, long strings extend through the window to the homestead's former laundry pole. While the performer utilizes the interior space for the performance, the audience is situated in the garden.

The Three Trees is the symmetrical response to the Harmonic Occurrences. The three trees provide the knowledge and the history. Broadcasters whose secrets can be listened to and transmitted. The trees which absorb the transmissions and the cycle is continuous. Now we show gratitude and realize trees like to be touched. We read their contours and bark. Tree hugging is a pastime, what about tree cuddling, and tree massaging? Might insects under bark be itchy?
